Located in the North of Morocco, to forty kilometers of Tangier, Asilah was
initially a Carthaginian city, then Roman. In 1471, she knew an important
invasion, which marked its history: nearly 500 vessels and 30.000 soldiers
Portuguese venirent to conquer it, so that it becomes finally their
strategic and important commercial counter. Asilah was built at the XV
century by the Portuguese, then fell to the hands from the Spaniards, until
his release in 1589 by the Sultan Saâdien Ahmed El Mansour. Later, the
Spaniards took again his possession again, then it was this time released by
Moulay Ismaîl in 1691. Its bombardment by the Austrian army in 1829 allowed
the installation and the installation of a Spanish protectorate until 1956. |

Chefchaouen, one of the most pleasant cities of Morocco. The blue and white

roofs. With its score of mosques and sanctuaries, the Holy City of
Chefchaouen breathes one atmosphere of deep serenity. After the balneal joys
of Cabo Negro, which it is good to stroll along its paved lanes of rollers,
to contemplate on one resting shaded small square by drinking tea in a
coffee Moor! |

the visit of the unfinished Mosque, of the Mausoleum Mohammed V builds at
side, and a walk on the Cornice, edge of sea destroyed by the anarchistic
construction of tourist complexes |
